- Team names and sport types you enter
- Player names (aliases) and emoji selections
- Session data (alignment scores, responses, dates)
- App settings and preferences
- Match preparation data
- Challenge completion records
- Custom rituals you create
ANALYTICS DATA (Optional, If Enabled):
- None. We do not use analytics or tracking services.
THIRD-PARTY API DATA:
When using AI-powered features (Pre-Game Alignment AI Brief), anonymous aggregate data is sent to Google Gemini API:
- Average team mood, energy, confidence (numeric values only)
- Match context (importance level, location type, opponent strength)
- Generic concerns/strengths (e.g., "communication", "focus")
WE NEVER SEND:
- Player names or personal identifiers
- Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV)
- Precise location data
- Email addresses or contact information
- Any personally identifiable information (PII)

LOCAL DATA USAGE:
- All team and player data stays on your device
- Used solely to provide app functionality
- Stored in local encrypted database (iOS sandbox)
- Never transmitted to our servers (we have no servers)
API DATA USAGE:
- Anonymous metrics sent to Google Gemini API for AI brief generation
- Used only for that specific request, not stored by us
- Google's privacy policy applies to API usage: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- You can opt-out by using local fallback (offline mode)

- Encrypted by iOS in the app's sandboxed container
- Protected by device passcode/biometric authentication
- Backed up via iCloud/iTunes if device backup is enabled
CLOUD STORAGE:
- We do not use cloud storage or remote servers
- No data leaves your device except anonymous API calls
SECURITY MEASURES:
- iOS sandbox protections
- No network transmission of personal data
- No third-party tracking SDKs
- API key obfuscation (Base64 encoding)
- HTTPS-only for API communications
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
WE DO NOT:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Share data with advertisers
- Use tracking or analytics services
- Transmit data to our servers (we have none)
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:
- Google Gemini API: Used for AI brief generation with anonymous aggregate data only
- Apple iOS: Standard iOS frameworks for app functionality
NO OTHER THIRD PARTIES have access to your data.
6. Your Privacy Rights

- **Export:** Currently not supported (planned for future version)
- **Delete:** You can delete all data via Settings > Reset All Data
- **Modify:** Edit team/player data anytime in Profile

The App is safe for all ages (rated 4+) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

- No registration or account creation required
- No tracking or profiling of any users
- No targeted advertising (we have no ads)
- Parental consent not required (no data collection)
If you are a parent and believe your child has used the app, all data is local to their device and can be deleted via Settings > Reset All Data.

- You control retention via in-app deletion options
- Deleted when you uninstall the app
- Backed up via iCloud/iTunes per your device settings
API DATA:

- API requests are stateless and ephemeral
9. International Data Transfers

- Google Gemini API servers may be located globally
- Data is anonymized before transmission
- Transfers comply with GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses
- Google is Privacy Shield certified (where applicable)
EU USERS:
Your data is protected under GDPR regardless of where Google's servers are located, as we only send anonymous aggregate metrics.

- Analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics)
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- Device fingerprinting
We use only standard iOS frameworks for app functionality.

AI BRIEF OPT-OUT:
Simply use the app offline. The app will automatically use local fallback text generation instead of Google Gemini API.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Material changes will be notified via:

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
